Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, NinetyNine.pk is an online-only store based in Lahore, Pakistan. We deliver nationwide via courier — there is no walk-in outlet.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on orders across Pakistan, alongside manual bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
Can I return or exchange a product?
No. Every order is final — we don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each item is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy before it’s dispatched. Full details are on our Refund & Return Policy page.
Is my advance payment refundable?
No. All payments are non-refundable in every case — this includes advance payments, delivery charges paid in advance, and online payments. Please see our Refund & Return Policy page for details.
What if the courier does not deliver my parcel?
If the parcel is not delivered because of a courier mistake or delay, we will dispatch your order again once the parcel comes back to us. This does not apply to parcels refused by the customer, or where the customer cannot be reached or the address is incorrect.

Yes, we deliver nationwide via courier from our base in Lahore.
