Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ninetynine.pk (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operated from Lahore, Pakistan, under the trading name NinetyNine.pk. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell diecast scale model cars and remote control (RC) vehicles. Product photos are for illustration — packaging, minor color variation, or accessories included may differ slightly from the images shown. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) or manual bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa, as offered at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase — we may decline or cancel any order, including for stock unavailability or a suspected error in pricing.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via third-party courier. Delivery charges apply as shown at checkout and, for COD orders, are payable in cash directly to the courier on delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Quality & All Sales Final

Every item is inspected before dispatch to make sure it’s in good condition and matches your order. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. All payments, including advance payments, are non-refundable in every case. If a parcel is not delivered because of a courier problem, we will dispatch it again once it returns to us. 5. Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, logo, and original written content belong to NinetyNine.pk and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or a delay in delivery caused by our courier partners. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
