Payment & Shipping Methods

We currently offer two ways to pay, both with delivery across Pakistan.

Please note: all payments, including advance payments and prepaid delivery charges, are non-refundable in every case. If a parcel is not delivered because of a courier problem, we will dispatch it again once it returns to us. See our Refund & Return Policy.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay the delivery charge (Rs. 350) online (via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer) to confirm and dispatch your order — this is simply your delivery fee, prepaid instead of collected in cash. It's non-refundable — see our Refund & Return Policy.

The full product price is then paid in cash directly to the courier rider when your order arrives.

Orders above Rs. 8,000 instead need a 30% advance (calculated on the product total plus delivery) paid online to confirm dispatch — the remaining 70% is paid in cash to the rider on arrival.

2. Pay in Advance

Pay almost the full amount (products plus delivery) upfront via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.

Only Rs. 500 is left to pay in cash to the rider on arrival — couriers need a minimum cash amount on every delivery.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via courier. The delivery charge is currently Rs. 350 for orders up to Rs. 6,000. Larger orders ship in bigger parcels, so delivery steps up: Rs. 600 above Rs. 6,000, Rs. 700 above Rs. 10,000, Rs. 850 above Rs. 15,000, Rs. 1,000 above Rs. 20,000. The exact amount is shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Verifying Your Payment

After transferring the advance or full payment, submit your transaction reference or a screenshot at checkout so we can verify it and confirm your order. If you're unsure how to pay, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help directly.
