1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and delivery address
• Your email address, if you provide one
• Order details — items purchased, price, delivery notes
• A payment proof screenshot, only if you pay via manual bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa

2. How We Use It

We use your information solely to process and deliver your order, contact you about it if needed, and respond to questions you send us. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the services required to run the Site and fulfill your order:

• Our database and hosting provider (Supabase), which stores your order data securely
• Our email provider (Resend), which sends order confirmation and tracking emails
• Our courier/delivery partners, who need your name, address, and phone to deliver your order
• Google Analytics, which helps us understand overall site traffic (see Cookies below)

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

4. Marketing Emails

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters. The only emails you’ll receive from us are order-related — confirmation, status updates, and delivery tracking.

5. Cookies & Analytics

The Site uses technical cookies/local storage needed for core functionality, such as keeping items in your cart. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic — how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where they come from. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally or for advertising. We do not use any other advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle any follow-up questions, and meet our own record-keeping needs.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing support@ninetynine.pk. We’ll respond as soon as we can.

8. Security

Your data is stored with access controls and encryption provided by our hosting infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

If our data practices change — for example, if we add analytics tools in the future — we’ll update this page accordingly.
