Refund & Return Policy

Effective October 7, 2026

All Payments Are Non-Refundable

Every payment made to NinetyNine.pk is non-refundable, in every case. This applies to advance payments, delivery charges paid in advance, partial payments and full online payments — whether the payment was made by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or any other method.

It applies even if the order is refused, cancelled by the customer, delayed, or not received by the customer. If a parcel is not delivered because of a courier problem, we will send it again — see “Courier Delivery Problems” below. By placing an order and sending a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

All Sales Are Final

NinetyNine.pk does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any order, for any reason. Every item is carefully inspected for quality and accuracy before it’s dispatched, to make sure what you ordered is exactly what leaves our hands in good condition.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges shown at checkout are non-refundable, including on Cash on Delivery orders where the delivery charge is paid in advance.

Refused or Undelivered COD Orders

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the doorstep or cannot be delivered, the order is cancelled on our end. Any advance payment already made (including the delivery charge or a percentage advance) is not refunded.

Courier Delivery Problems

If your parcel is not delivered because of a mistake or delay by the courier company (for example Leopards Courier), we will not leave you without your order. Once the parcel comes back to us, your order will be dispatched again. Payments are not refunded, but your order will be sent to you again.

This does not apply to parcels refused by the customer, or where the customer cannot be reached or gives an incorrect address.
